1. What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards as methods of payment. We currently do not accept cheque or cash payments.

2. How do I set a reasonable budget for my campaigns?

There is no easy way for the consumer to do this, however we have approximate pricing tables wherever self-budgeting of a project is required. If you are unsure on what budget to choose, leave this field blank, and we will contact you to offer our assistance.

3. How will information I submit on this website be handled?

We respect your requirement for privacy, so all information submitted on this website stays internally within our company, except for when we employ third party contractors to carry out work on our behalf. For full details, read our privacy policy.

4. How do I pay in installments?

Generally we only offer payment in installments where a campaign spans over a period of six months, with one payment per month, and a deposit of 30% of the value of the campaign from day one. Customers who wish to pay in installments should contact us prior to placing their order. The deposit may be paid using any of our accepted methods, however monthly payments are charged using a Direct Debit system.

5. How will my order be shipped?

Within the UK, we ship all parcels by royal mail's special delivery service. This is a next-day recorded delivery option, which we can track online to ensure it arrives with you safely and on time.

6. I live in America, can I still place an order?

We accept orders worldwide. Postal charges are included in the price for all UK orders, unless stated otherwise. All orders placed outside the UK may be subject to additional delivery charges. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
